ANDES Barbershop: more visible in AI search, a fixed booking leak, booking conversion 3% → 40%.
ANDES is a Copenhagen barbershop. The goal: get recommended by AI tools, and turn more visitors into booked haircuts.
Seen sometimes. Booked rarely.
ANDES surfaced in AI search only now and then — and most visitors left before they booked, with no way to even measure it.
Small, measured fixes — then proof.
We worked in a loop — read the data, find the leak, ship a targeted fix, measure it — rather than one big rebuild.
- Optimized the backend for AI search — already legible to AI tools, made far more visible with deeper technical fixes.
- Cleared the path to booking — cutting the friction that lost visitors, especially on mobile.
- Tracked every booking — then fixed by the data, in order of impact.
The fixes held over the 23 May–23 June window. Booking intent stayed measurable — 232 GA4 key events — and AI tools kept sending real traffic: 51 visitors from ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini. Revenue grew 13.55% month-on-month. Here is every number, and where each one comes from:

Measured against ANDES’ own pre-engagement baseline using their Google Analytics, Search Console, Microsoft Clarity and Planway data over the 23 May–23 June 2026 window; revenue is compared month-on-month against the prior month. Outcomes vary by business — these are one shop’s real numbers, not a promise.
